Proper and complete online registration is required to bid. All bidders must provide name, address, phone number, and email address to register. A credit card (MC or Visa) is required to place a bid. The credit card will be validated before bidding access is granted and is the only acceptable form of payment. By registering, all bidders acknowledge having read and agree to be bound by the Auction Terms and Conditions.


Online bidding is offered prior to AND during the live on-site auction. (If you need assistance placing an online bid or prefer to submit an online bid in person, please call our office for assistance. 816-781-1134).


There is a 7% buyer’s premium charged on items purchased through online bidding. The buyer’s premium is calculated on the high bid. The purchase price paid by the successful online bidder is the sum of the winning bid and the buyer’s premium.


The acceptable forms of payment are MasterCard and Visa. The credit card entered at registration will be charged for all purchases at the close of the auction and a paid receipt will be emailed to the buyer.


Items must be removed from the premises during the published pick up time(s). A paid receipt and proof of identification are required. Loading and shipping services are not offered. It is the buyer’s responsibility to disassemble or uninstall items as required. Failure to pick up or remove an item does not negate the contractual obligations of the high bidder and no refunds will be given. The Auctioneer and seller reserve the right to retain unclaimed items and dispose of them in whatever manner they see fit, including resale.
