COME HOME TO LINN VALLEY LAKESLinn Valley Lakes is a beautiful private, gated lake community with seven stocked lakes, 18-hole golf course, boat launch, clubhouse, community center, swimming pools, miniature golf course, basketball and tennis courts, 2 campgrounds, bath houses, and swim beach. The development is heavily treed, a beautiful contrast to the flat prairies of Kansas. Linn Valley Lakes is located approximately 30 miles south of Kansas City/Overland Park in Linn County. The area is experiencing rapid growth due to its proximity to the Kansas City metropolitan area and to the US 69 corridor which runs through the eastern part of the county.

Auction Opportunity: There are only a limited number of waterfront homes in this development and they rarely become available. Whether you want to live on the lake or have a weekend lake home close to Kansas City, this auction is your opportunity!
